This tournament benefits New Danville and adults with disabilities/special needs. We sincerely thank those who choose to participate in this event. Cancellation Policy
1. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather or other acts of nature, dinner will still be held at 4:00 pm.

2. If inclement weather occurs at the time of shotgun/play we will delay play until the weather passes.

3. Should the Event be postponed due to inclement weather before play has begun, all payments received will be transferred to the rescheduled event date in the same calendar year. If a rescheduled date is not available in the same calendar year, registration cost and sponsorship may be donated to New Danville, or refunds will be available upon request.

4. All cancellations more than 90 days prior to the event must still pay 50% of the estimated cost. All cancellations 90 days to 30 days prior to the event must still pay 75% of the estimated cost. All cancellations less than 30 days to the event must still pay 100 % of the estimated cost.
